- For Orders below 200 USD, Flat shipping rate of 15 USD will be applied.

- International orders are usually delivered within 7-10 business days after dispatch. Please check your messages & email regularly for shipment updates.

ORDER CANCELLATION

Cancellations will only be possible if and till the order has not been dispatched from our warehouse, you can email us on care@houseofmanaa.com

 

RETURN & REFUND

- YES, We offer hassle-free returns within India.
- Requests for returns should be given to us within 2 days of the delivery.
- For Prepaid orders: Refunds will be credited directly to your bank account. Kindly provide us your bank details while requesting for return.A reverse shipment fee of Rs 200 will be deducted at the time of issuing refund.
- For COD orders: A store credit will be provided as a refund. COD orders are not eligible for refund. A reverse shipment fee of Rs 200 will be deducted at the time of issuing store credit.
Kindly allow 7 days, after we have received the product, for the return to be processed and the amount to be shown in your bank account or to share the credit note.
- Please note that sale items are not eligible for returns. Only size exchange possible.

 

EXCHANGE

- YES, We offer size exchange within India, only for the same product, style, and color you purchased.
-  A reverse shipment fee of Rs 400 will have to be paid at the time of exchange, which is charged for reverse pick up & shipping of the exchanged pieces.
- Any complaint/request that is reported after 2 days of delivery will not be accepted.
Kindly allow 7 days,after we have received the product, for the exchange to be processed and shipped from our warehouse 

 

TERMS & CONDITION FOR RETURNS, REFUND & EXCHANGE 

- Available within India only.
- Customised products are not eligible for returns or exchange.
- Products purchased from www.houseofmanaa.com, only, are eligible for returns/exchange. 
Any complaint/request that is reported after 2 days of delivery will not be accepted. 
- Pick-up will be attempted twice. If the courier company is unable to pick up the shipment. You will have to send the shipment back to the company address. Reverse Pick Up is subject to the availability of the service in your area pin code.
- Please return your product(s) in the same condition as it was shipped. 
- Reward points or store credits or gift cards are not refundable; and are only redeemable on our store.

- Cancellations will only be possible if and till the order has not been dispatched from our warehouse. 
- The customer will be under an obligation to take utmost care of the product(s) whilst the products are in their possession. This includes all of the product(s) instructions, documents and wrappings while returning the product(s) in the same condition as received. If the products are returned in poor condition or have clearly been worn, a refund/exchange would not be provided. Upon return of the product, we will fully examine it and notify the customer of their right to a refund (if any) via e-mail within a reasonable period of time. Decision of the management is final while assessing the return or exchange.
